The Mannheim Local Division rejected an application for the harmonization of time periods, stating that an extension of the deadline for the defense to the counterclaim for revocation was not necessary. The Court clarified that deadlines only start to begin when the party could have knowledge of the submission triggering the deadline. In the proceedings in question, this was already the case as the CCR had been filed together with the SoD in a combined submission.
