Both sides declared that they sought no decision on costs, and the Division held that none was required, following the Court of Appeal in UPC_CoA_808/2024. Both sides had applied for a refund of court fees under R. 370.9(b)(i) RoP; the Registrar was directed to reimburse 60% of the fees paid on each of the two proceedings, EUR 6,600 apiece, under R. 370.9(b)(i) and R. 370.11 RoP. The value in dispute was set at EUR 500,000 for the infringement action and for the counterclaim alike.
