The Judge-Rapporteur of the Brussels Local Division treated a party's request to reissue the interim-conference order of 28 October 2026 as a request under R. 353 RoP and rectified one paragraph of it. The passage had attributed to the Defendants submissions that the patentee had in fact made, and had recorded the patentee as maintaining a 'no-confidentiality' argument instead of its confidentiality argument on the prior-disclosure issue. After hearing the patentee, who agreed, the Judge-Rapporteur ordered the paragraph to read with the corrected attribution and wording. The order changes only the record of the interim conference and decides nothing on the merits.
