The judge-rapporteur of the Milan Local Division rectified, of the Court's own motion under R. 353 RoP, a clerical mistake in the interim-conference order of 22 July 2026. Under point 6 of that order the value of the counterclaim for revocation had been set at EUR 1,850,000, whereas the value the parties had agreed and which the order itself recorded was EUR 1,875,000. The parties were given until 27 July 2026 to comment on the proposed rectification and both stated that they had no objection. The order substitutes the correct figure in the fifth line of point 6 of the earlier order.
