In the appeal against the Helsinki Local Division's disposal of AIM's provisional-measures application (EP 3 295 663), the Court of Appeal (Rombach, judge-rapporteur) granted AIM's request to correct an obvious error in its Statement of appeal, which had erroneously listed TGI Sport Virtual UK Limited as a respondent. The Court held that an obvious error in the Statement of appeal must be corrected at the party's request and that, under R. 56 in conjunction with R. 73 of the Rules governing the Registry, the Registrar must ensure that case files are complete and accurate; identified obvious errors must therefore be corrected. Because the correction did not disadvantage TGI Sport Virtual UK Limited, it was not necessary to hear it. The Court ordered the entity deleted from the Statement of appeal and removed from the register in UPC-CoA-108/2026.
