In this short order the judge-rapporteur of the LD The Hague corrected an obvious error in its procedural order of 1 May 2026 (in the Dolby v Acer / Vectis Opus-pool proceedings). The parties agreed that Acer's R. 190 RoP application, and hence the addressee clause in the resulting order, erroneously referred to 'Acer' where 'Vectis' was meant — as was clear from the parallel reference to 'Dolby and/or Vectis' elsewhere in the same clause. On that unopposed basis, and applying R. 353 RoP (which permits rectification of clerical mistakes and obvious slips), the Court rectified 'Dolby and Acer' to 'Dolby and Vectis' in the first sentence of order point (A) on pages 3 and 7.
