The Brussels Local Division released the security that had conditioned enforcement of its earlier ex parte order. In the evidence-preservation and inspection proceedings the Court had made its order of 30 May 2025 enforceable only against a deposit of EUR 25,000, which the applicants effected on 17 June 2025 [2]. After the Court declared both proceedings withdrawn and closed by decision of 4 February 2026, the applicants applied on 11 February 2026 for release of the deposit [1], [3]. The Court granted the application under R. 352.2 RoP and directed the Registrar to release the sum, with the Brussels Sub-Registry to obtain the payment details from the applicants' representative. The order is issued by the Judge-Rapporteur alone and contains no reasoning beyond the closure of the proceedings.
