The permission is conditional: remote access is graduated to the level of confidentiality access the named persons may claim, and the connection may be paused while pleadings accessible only to the applicants' representative are discussed. The Court reserved to the hearing itself the question whether the two persons count as representatives of the applicants; if they do not, their remote attendance is confined to the parts of the hearing that carry no confidentiality restriction.
