ENGLISH: Following a case management meeting, the JR orders that the representatives file a summary submission (including their main arguments already in the debate at the time of the closing of the written procedure and updated claims regarding the technical part and the FRAND matters) of a maximum of 50 pages (police 12, Calibri).

Following an online case management meeting with the parties' representatives, the judge-rapporteur of the Paris Local Division amended the oral hearing dates fixed by the order of 16 January 2026, setting a three-day in-person hearing on 9 to 11 September 2026. She also ordered each side to file, by 21 July 2026, a summary submission of at most 50 pages restating the main arguments already in the debate when the written procedure closed and the updated claims on the technical and FRAND parts of the case. The order decides nothing on infringement, validity or the FRAND defence.
