routine
In an appeal against the Paris LD's rejection of Bosch's preliminary objection challenging jurisdiction and language (UPC_CFI_1963/2025), the Court of Appeal's judge-rapporteur grants Bosch's application to hold the 26 May 2026 oral hearing in English while leaving French as the procedural language of the appeal. The order relies on the RoP Preamble's principles of procedural flexibility and balance (paras. 4 and 5), takes account of the appellants' pragmatic rationale (their representative understands French but cannot plead fluently in it) and the respondent's consent, and follows the same approach the Court of Appeal had adopted in companion cases UPC_CoA_004/2026 and UPC_CoA_013/2026 between the same parties.
