The Mannheim Local Division rejected an application for panel review regarding a previous decision by the JR not to allow an amendment of a counterclaim for revocation. The Counterclaimant had applied for an amendment of their complaint relating to an additional document that they had only found later. The Panel confirmed the JR's decision not admitting the amendment of claim since the Counterclaimant had been negligent.
