R. 262A RoP is applicable to legal costs in cost proceedings in principle
The Mannheim Local Division, represented by the JR, partially granted an application for confidentiality directed at information on legal costs. The Court stated that Rule 262A was generally applicable to such information (contradicting a previous decision by the Milan Central Division). However, there was no basis for limiting the confidentiality club to representatives only if the other party did not agree.
