The Hague Local Division dismissed a request for postponing an oral hearing in proceedings on the application for provisional measures. The Court stated that due to the nature of these preliminary proceedings, a postponement could only be considered under special circumstances which were not presented in the case at hand. The Court therefore confirmed the date for the oral hearing and allowed the Defendants to file an objection to the application for provisional measures within a deadline of about two weeks.
