No separate protection of confidentiality pursuant to R. 262A RoP for the provision of information, which the defendant was ordered to provide by the decision on the merits, in an unsolicited submission to the court.
The Mannheim Local Division (represented by the JR) dismissed an application for confidentiality (Rule 262A) directed at information the applicant was ordered to disclose in a decision on the merits.
The Court clarified that the information was already sufficiently protected as the claimant could only use it for specific purposes. The Court further stated that an application under 262A was not possible because it only applied to pleadings submitted to the court and, additionally, the proceedings had already been concluded.
The order was published twice (without an apparent reason).
