1. The oral questions asked to the witness, author of a written witness statement, already provided by the claimant, will be aimed at clarifying the points contested by the other party. 2. On the one hand, the Court held that English is one of the two possible languages of procedure before the Paris Local Division, it is a language used and understood by all the members of the panel ; and on the other hand, English is the common working language before all the UPC divisions, it is considered to be understood by all the representatives before the UPC. Hence, the request for simultaneous interpretation from English into French during the hearing of the witness will be refused.
