The Hague Local Division rejected the application for extending the deadline for a preliminary objection and (partially) granted an extension for the SoD's deadline, stating that a unified deadline for the 15 Defendants would benefit efficiency. In the case at hand, not all Defendants had already received the SoC but the Court assumed they all had knowledge as they all belonged to the same group.
The order was published twice (with the same order number in the document, but different numbers on the website).
