In view of circumstances of the case, extension granted but not compensating for the entire period until the final R.262A order was issued.
The Hague Local Division, represented by the JR, partially granted an application for extending the time period for filing the SoD and CCR due to a delay caused by a confidentiality request. The Court laid down the current case law on the extension of deadlines due to confidentiality requests and applied the law to the case at hand. The Court stated that the decisive date for the start of the deadline was the agreement of both parties regarding the confidentiality club.
