The Munich Local Division issued this "housekeeping order" to clean up proceedings regarding numerous applications for file access, allowing the withdrawal of requests for cost reimbursement and confidentiality related to file access applications (which had also been withdrawn). The Court closed the corresponding workflows and ordered the same confidentiality that would have been ordered in case the application for confidentiality had been successful.
A similar order was issued with regard to parallel proceedings.
