The Munich Local Division confirmed an order by the JR dismissing an application to revoke an order for provisional measures due to an - allegedly - late initiation of the proceedings on the merits. The Court confirmed that the proceedings on the merits were initiated in time as the payment of court fees did not have to be received within the deadline; instead it was sufficient that the payment had been made.
