Helsinki LD (single judge Petri Rinkinen) issued a case-management order in AIM Sport Vision's preliminary-injunction proceedings against the Supponor group. The Statement of Claim, filed on 05.07.2023, included a PI application; due to CMS technical reasons a separate workflow for the PI was opened on 12.07.2023. Under Rule 209.1(a) RoP the Court invited the defendants to lodge an Objection to the PI Application, specifying that it must contain (i) the reasons why the Application should fail and (ii) the facts and evidence relied on, including any challenge to the applicant's factual and evidentiary case. The deadline is one month from service of the Statement of Claim, but in any event not later than 21 August 2023. The Court further directed that any Rule 19 RoP preliminary objection against the main Statement of Claim — if based on the same grounds — must be filed simultaneously with the PI Objection.
