The judge-rapporteur of The Hague Local Division ruled on the defendants' application under Art. 58 UPCA, R. 262.2 and R. 262A RoP to keep sales, margin and inventory figures in the Statement of Defence and one exhibit confidential. Pending a final R. 262A order, the application was provisionally granted as requested, except for the confidentiality club: until the club is settled, the unredacted documents are available to the claimant's representatives and their assistants only. The claimant was given until 9 November 2026 to respond under R. 262A.4 RoP, and the parties were urged to agree on the members of the club and the wording of the confidentiality order.
