Zusammenfassung: Following an early interim conference under R. 105.5 RoP in a WiFi6 standard-essential-patent infringement action, the Munich Local Division (JR Zigann as rapporteur) issued a case-management order fixing a second interim conference (16 April 2027) and an oral hearing (5 May 2027). Because service on two of the four defendants was still outstanding, the court addressed how to reconcile staggered defence deadlines: it indicated that a unified deadline regime with a statement of defence due no later than 5 October 2026 would be compatible with the scheduled dates, while expressly reserving severance of the proceedings should the individual deadlines diverge too far. The court further encouraged — without ordering — a confidentiality-club / attorney-eyes-only arrangement under R. 262A RoP, recourse to the PMAC, and a lump-sum cost agreement. It pointed the defendants to its own earlier decision of 18 December 2024 in the parallel Huawei v. Netgear proceedings on the same patent, inviting an early indication of their defence approach.
