The Defendant raised no objection. Applying the Court of Appeal's order in Kodak v Fujifilm (UPC_CoA_699/2025), the Court held that no certified translation of the orders was required given their nature, so the orders were enforceable from the date of the notice to the Court. The Court confirmed compliance with R. 118.8 RoP for the whole of the operative part, with effect from 15 June 2026.
