ENGLISH: Following a case management meeting, the JR orders that the representatives file a summary submission (including their main arguments already in the debate at the time of the closing of the written procedure and updated claims regarding the technical part and the FRAND matters) of a maximum of 50 pages (police 12, Calibri).

Following an online case management meeting with the parties' representatives, the judge-rapporteur of the Paris Local Division issued a case-management order in this SEP/FRAND infringement action over EP 3 852 468. The order amended the oral-hearing dates to 9-11 September 2026 (at two Paris venues) and directed the representatives to file, by 21 July 2026, a summary submission containing their main arguments already in the debate at the closing of the written procedure together with updated claims on the technical part and the FRAND matters, subject to a 50-page limit (12-point Calibri).
