1. Sanofi Mature IP is to be substituted by Sanofi SA in the present action and all related proceedings.
2. Claimant No. 1 shall be designated “Sanofi SA as successor of Sanofi Mature IP “.
3. This replacement of parties has no consequence on the proceedings within the meaning of Rules 306 and 310 RoP. Sanofi SA as successor of Sanofi Mature IP is bound by the proceedings as now constituted.
The Munich Local Division issued this order relating to four different litigations with the same claimant, substituting one of the claimants who had become the patent's new proprietor. The Court stated that due to the succession a substitution was admissible.
