The Düsseldorf Local Division completed this pair of orders by granting provisional measures against the Chinese cartridge supplier. Ordinary service through the Chinese Central Authority stalled after the documents reached the Supreme People's Court in June 2025, and two court inquiries in Chinese went unanswered, so on 11 November 2025 the division ordered that the steps already taken constitute good service under R. 275.2 RoP, fixed the effective date and published the order. No objection followed, and the application was decided on the applicant's submissions by regular order rather than by a decision by default. On summary examination the challenged cartridge chips literally realised claim 13, and validity was reasonably certain in the absence of any defence argument. The division also held that R. 265.1 RoP second sentence, which requires the other party to be heard on a withdrawal, does not bar permitting one where that party has never participated and the withdrawn head of relief is minor.
