The Paris Central Division, represented by the judge-rapporteur, granted four applications for file access in revocation proceedings and related applications to amend the patent which had already been concluded at the time of the application, stating that there was no interest of the parties to deny the Applicant access. The Court went into detail regarding the legal standard on file access applications and stated that the Applicant did not have to treat the information on the file as confidential but also granted leave to Appeal due to this detail.
