The Mannheim Local Division (represented by the JR) partially granted an application to harmonize the time periods for the SoD by multiple Defendants who had received the SoC on different dates. The Court stated that there would be a general interest in harmonizing deadlines for multiple defendants to facilitate proceedings. However, it rejected a substantial extension stating that the Applicants had failed to sufficiently show the extension was actually required.
