The Mannheim Local Division issued two procedural orders on applications under Rule 263 (see the parallel order) and Rule 36 (this one) postponing the actual decision on the applications until after the oral hearing. For the meantime, the Court allowed the parties to exchange additional submissions without indicating whether they would be considered for the actual decision.
Both Parties had brought forward new arguments and requested leave to amend the claim and to exchange further written submissions.
