The Mannheim Local Division granted an application to extend the time period for the Reply and the Defense to the Counterclaim for Revocation in order to have a uniform deadline for both. The Court found the request justified because the Claimant did not have access to (parts) of the submissions it had to respond to due to a confidentiality application.
