With the agreement of the parties, the language of the appeal proceedings has been changed from Danish to English in appeal proceedings of limited scope where the parties understand English.
The Court of Appeal changed the language of proceedings in the Appeal stage (from Danish to English) on a joint request by the parties. The Court further stated that it would create necessary translations itself and bear the costs.
