1. The mere fact of operating in the same field as the patent in dispute is not sufficient to establish a specific interest in the case documents on the part of the applicant.
The Paris Central Division rejects the application for file access (parallel to the applications before the Nordic-Baltic Regional Division) stating that the mere activity in the same field as the patent does not justify a specific interest in the case documents.
