1) The statement of claim shall be deemed to have been served on defendant 2) on 14 March 2025. 2) For defendants 1), 2), 3), 5) and 6), the time limit for lodging a defence and a counterclaim for revocation is set / extended to 21 July 2025. 3) In main workflows with automatic invitation to file a reply infringement action; CC, application to amend; preliminary objection), each defendant must upload a reply on its own. It is sufficient for one of the defendants to upload exhibits only once for all defendants. In the case of ancillary workflows (requests for extensions of time, etc.) it is sufficient for one defendant to start the workflow on behalf of all the others. The same applies to the two claimants.

The Munich Local Division issued this procedural order to extend the deadline for some of the defendants, allowing them to file exhibits and auxiliary applications only once on behalf of all represented parties.
