By means of the communications device provided in embodiments of the present invention, a transmission frame is divided into two parts, and each part is transmitted by using a different quantity of subcarriers, so that not only a throughput can be effectively increased according to a requirement, but also a throughput can be properly decreased according to a requirement, so that a change to a throughput of a communications system is not limited.
