In three joined appeals (UPC_CoA_60/2025, UPC_CoA_61/2025, UPC_CoA_62/2025) brought by the Bruker companies against orders of the Munich Local Division of 13 January 2025 in counterclaim proceedings, the judge-rapporteur of the Court of Appeal issued a procedural order preparing the oral hearing.
