The Paris Local Division fixed the representation costs recoverable after a revocation action that had been transferred to it from the Paris Central Division and then held inadmissible. Two questions were decided. First, the division refused to await the Central Division's own cost decision: the two divisions decide independently, the Central Division on the acts performed before it prior to the transfer and the Local Division only on the acts performed before it afterwards, so no stay and no deduction between them is needed. Second, on quantum, the value in dispute of EUR 500,000 fixed the Administrative Committee ceiling at EUR 56,000, an earlier request to raise it having already been refused; but the ceiling is only the last safeguard, and since the proceedings after transfer amounted to one statement per party before the admissibility decision, the reasonable and proportionate amount under Art. 69 UPCA was EUR 14,000.
