It accepted the values the defendants had stated and ordered 50% of the court fees reimbursed on each proceeding under the amended Rule 370.9(b) RoP, holding that the amended text applies to requests for reimbursement filed after 31 December 2025; the parties had asked for no less than 40% under Rule 370.9(e) RoP. Checking the fees against the value it had set, the Court found the counterclaim for revocation underpaid by EUR 4,000 and ordered that sum paid, setting it off against the defendants' refund so that the registry pays them EUR 17,500 net.
