The Mannheim Local Division fixed at EUR 56,000 the representation costs recoverable by the party that had successfully applied under R. 197.3 RoP to have a saisie order revoked, and ordered the saisie applicant to pay by 31 August 2026. The Court held the application admissible and in time under R. 151 RoP, and awarded the full amount because the paying party raised no objection directed specifically at the costs claimed and a summary review disclosed no concern as to their reasonableness or proportionality under Art. 69 UPCA and R. 152 RoP. It stated expressly that nothing in the circumstances of the case prevented full use of the ceiling of EUR 56,000, which followed from the value in dispute the paying party had itself suggested. The question whether representation costs in the parallel enforcement proceedings must also be reimbursed was reserved to the separate proceeding UPC_CFI_792/2025, so this decision does not resolve the paying party's argument that a single joint ceiling should cover both.
