This is Article 016 from the UPCS (Satzung des Gerichts — Anhang I zum Übereinkommen), which is part of the legal framework governing the Unified Patent Court in Europe.
The officials and other servants of the Court shall have the task of assisting the President of the Court of Appeal, the President of the Court of First Instance, the judges and the Registrar. They shall be responsible to the Registrar, under the authority of the President of the Court of Appeal and the President of the Court of First Instance.
The Administrative Committee shall establish the Staff Regulations of officials and other servants of the Court.
