Where these Rules refer to the Registry or Registrar and provide to perform any act that reference shall include - where applicable - the Deputy-Registrar and the relevant sub-registry and that act may be performed by the Registrar, the Deputy-Registrar or by a member of staff of the Registry or sub-registry of the relevant division.
