The current version of the Table of Court Fees (Table I through Table V) entered into force on 1 January 2026, by Decision of the Administrative Committee of 4 November 2025 (D-AC/08/02072025), amending the Decision of the Administrative Committee of 8 July 2022 (AC/05/08072022, in force 1 September 2022).

The Scale of ceilings for recoverable costs entered into force on 25 April 2023 by Decision of the Administrative Committee of 24 April 2023 (D-AC/10/24042023).

The Administrative Committee shall review the Scale of ceilings within two years after the entry into force of the Agreement, and thereafter every three years (Art. 3 of the Decision of 24 April 2023).
